Terms of Service

1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern all contracts between RapidSF (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer regarding the use of the RapidSF platform for SAP SuccessFactors API development.
2. Subject Matter
The Provider offers the customer a web-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform with the following features:
- Visual Entity Explorer for SAP SuccessFactors
- Code generation for API calls
- Entity relationship visualization
- Multi-tenant and team management
- Other features as described in the product documentation
3. Registration and User Account
Use of the platform requires registration. The customer guarantees that all information provided during registration is correct and complete.
4. Scope of Services and Availability
4.1 Scope of Services
The exact scope of services depends on the chosen license (Free Trial or Pro). The Provider reserves the right to expand the feature set at any time.
4.2 Availability
The Provider aims for 99.5% annual average availability. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance.
5. Prices and Payment
5.1 License Model
One license entitles the use of the platform for one SAP SuccessFactors organization with all associated instances (Dev, Test, Prod) and unlimited users.
5.2 Payment Terms
Invoices are due within 14 days. A 15% discount applies for annual payment.
6. Usage Rights and Obligations
The customer is prohibited from:
- Using the platform for illegal purposes
- Sharing access credentials with third parties
- Decompiling or reverse-engineering the platform
- Misusing the platform for automated mass queries
7. Data Protection
The Provider does not store SAP SuccessFactors employee data. Only metadata (entity structures, schemas) is temporarily cached.
8. Term and Termination
8.1 Free Trial
The free trial ends automatically after 14 days.
8.2 Pro License
The Pro license has a minimum term of one month (monthly) or one year (annual). The contract renews automatically unless cancelled with 30 days notice.
9. Governing Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
